4/126 Brewery and Water Tower at Osberton Hall (Formerly listed as Osberton Hall 13.2.67 Brewhouse) G.V. II
Brewery and water tower with flanking wing. Late C18, raised C19. Coursed squared rubble with octagonal graduated slate roof. Plinth, ashlar dressings, second and third floor bands, octagonal plan, 4 stages, with single storey wing, 2 bays. Main west front has central door flanked by single glazing bar casements; above, central blocked opening flanked by single blocked opening and glazing bar sash; above again, smaller blocked opening flanked by single round blocked opening and single circular window; above again, central casement and above it, 2 similar flanking casements. Rear elevation has central hatch, and above, similar fenestration. Wing, to left, has C20 opening beyond garden wall, and to right, 3 light Yorkshire sash and C20 2 leaf door with overlight. Link wall, to right, has 3 segmental arched openings with brick heads, and ashlar coping. Interior contains C19 copper, mash tun, washback and fermenting vessels.
