Farmhouse. C15 or early C16, with C16 alterations. Timber framed with plaster infilling. Right gable end painted brick. Plain tile roof. Wealden of 4 timber-framed bays, converted to lobby entry plan with continuous jetty. 2 storeys and garret. Continuous jetty on solid brackets, returned to left on moulded dragon post. Close studded. Remains of moulded fillet half way up first floor. Steeply-pitched roof hipped to left, half-hipped to right. Central brick ridge stack. Irregular fenestration of 4 widely-spaced windows; 2 small single-light casements, one 2-light casement, one 8-light mullioned and transomed window breaking through eaves, with eyebrow dormer over and one 3-light wooden mullioned frieze window with subsidiary mullions. Ribbed door beneath stack. Interior: not inspected but said to contain moulded crown post and Warham arms in stained glass.
