Cottage. C18. Brick with pantile roof. Cogged eaves, single coped gable with kneelers, single gable stack. 2 storeys. Single plus 2 bays. L-plan. North front has to left, C19 addition, single bay, with a casement flanked by single doors, all with segment heads. Main north front has central C20 timber and asbestos cement porch on brick plinth, with half glazed door, flanked by single C20 casements. Above, 2 C20 casements. Rear elevation has C19 and C20 fenestration. To left, door, and to its right, 2 casements. Above, small light, flanked by single casements. East end has single bay, single storey addition to left, C19. To left, pair of doors with timber lintel, and above, to right, a plank door. Interior has 2 C18 fielded panelled doors, and chamfered hewn span beam with stops. The adjoining C19 cottages are not included in this listing.
