House, formerly servants' wing, C18 with C19 and C20 additions and alterations. Brick with slate roof, stone sills and lintels. 2 string courses, cornice, parapet; single coped gable to north, hipped roof on C19 addition. Cogged eaves on rear elevation. Single roof stack, 2 rear wall stacks. 2 storeys, 4 windows. Main facade has 2 round headed openings with keystones, containing tripartite glazing bar sashes. Above, 3 glazing bar sashes with 5 keystone lintels. C19 addition to south, 2 storeys, one bay, has above single glazing bar sash with 5 keystone lintel. Single storey flat-roofed addition to west, 1912, has 3 semi-circular glazing bar case- ments and round headed doorway with half glazed door to south. Another round headed doorway with half glazed door in re-entrant angle to north.
