SP4735 ADDERBURY HIGH STREET (West side) Adderbury East 7/61 Spencer memorial approx. 14m SE of south transept of Church of St. Mary
GV II Chest tomb. Circa 1716. Marlstone. Rectangular chest, with moulded base and cover, has raised shield-shaped inscription panels at the ends, and on each side has similar panels flanking swelling oval panels with keyed raised borders. Principal inscription commemorates Richard Spencer (d.1716?).
