Details
WROXTON CHURCH STREET SP4040-4140 (East side) 10/182 No.3 08/12/55 (Formerly listed as Cottage approx. 65yds. N of Church) GV II House. Late C17/early C18 with C20 alterations to windows and doors. Regular coursed ironstone rubble. Steeply pitched thatched roof. Renewed brick shaft on stone based ridge stack. Situated gable-end to road. 3-unit plan, 2 storeys plus attic. Elevation facing road. Two C20 casements and a painted wood mullioned window in outshot. C20 windows to first floor and attic. Right side elevation. C20 porch. Main entrance has plank door and moulded wood frame. C20 attic windows. Interior said to have beams and stone fireplaces. Interior not inspected.
