BANBURY HORSE FAIR SP4540SW (East side) 9/91 No. 30 (Compare Insurance 08/07/75 Brokers and Alliance Building Society) (Formerly listed as No.30) GV II

House and offices. Probably late C18/early C19 with later alterations. Red brick with slate roof and brick end stack to right. 3 storeys; 2-window range. Wood cased office front has central C20 door. To right a wood cased coachway entrance to rear yard. First and second floors each have a 2-light and 3-light wood mullioned and transomed window with stone surrounds. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
