II GV 2. Early C19 facade. Red and silver grey brick with wide bracketed eaves and hipped slate roof. Red brick window headers. 3 storeys, 2 windows;- sashes with margin lights;- mostly without glazing bars. C19 shop front with decorated stops over 2 modern shops.
Nos 16 to 26 (even) form a group with Nos 15, 23 and 25 opposite. Nos 22 to 26 (even) shall be amended to read Nos 22 and 24. The group value note should be amended to read Nos 16 to 24 (even) form a group with Nos 15, 23 and 25 opposite.
