WALTON STREET 1. 1485 (West Side) Nos 4 to 15 (consec) SP 5006 NE 4/112 II GV 2. Row of 12 houses. 3-storeyed early C19 red and variegated brick fronts. Nos 10-15 are of greater height than the rest. Bands at the 1st floor, Welsh slate roofs and brick stacks. Each have in the upper floors 2 or 3 sash windows with painted skew-back architraves. Nos 10, 11, 13, 14 and 15 have 1st floor contemporary "Regency" balconies. Some have fanlights while those at Nos 14 and 15 have in addition slight twin fluted columns and pedimented hoods. The windows have glazing bars. 6-panel doors.
Nos 4 to 26 (consec) form a group.
