DORCHESTER HIGH STREET SU5794 (East side) 5/65 Greensleeves
GV II
Cottage. Early C18, possibly earlier. Rendered timber framing with colourwashed brick front; plain-tile roof with brick ridge stack. Single-unit plan. One storey plus attics. Front, with stepped brick plinth, has door to left, and 2-light C20 casement to right, both with segmental arches, plus one gabled dormer. Right gable wall is timber framed. Roof has stack towards right gable. Interior: large fireplace with C18 wooden surround. May have been a rear wing to No.38 (Henrietta) (q.v.).
