Farmhouse. Mid C15, C16 cross-wing to rear, C19 front. Cruck-framed; render, probably on brick; old plain-tile roof; massive brick ridge stack to left, brick lateral stack to left. L-complex plan. Single storey and attic; 2-window range. Plank door to centre with open lean-to porch. 3-light casement to right. 3-light wood-mullioned and transomed window to right. 3-light casement to cross-gable to right. 16-pane sash to cross-gable to left. Left return: C19 brick to right; C16 large timber-framing to left; rendered infill to ground floor; herringbone pattern brick infill to first floor. Single storey and attic; one-window range to right; 2-storey, 2-window range to left. Irregular fenestration of casements to left. Jettied first floor to left and to rear. Cruck truss visible to interior left. Queen post roof to rear. Open fireplaces to ground floor. Extensive beaming to interior. Cruck radio-carbon dated to c.1445. (J.
