House, now 2 dwellings, and school, now house. Mid C17. Rendered plinth; large timber framing; rendered infill; thatch roof; brick ridge stacks to left and right of centre. 2-storey, 3-window range at right-angles to street. 6-panel door with C19 gabled hood with old plain-tile roof to left of centre. 2-light wood casements to left, and right of centre. 3-light wood casement to right. 2-light leaded wood casements to first floor left and right. 3-light leaded wood casement to centre. Interior not inspected. Mid C19 school room probably first recorded work of Charles Buckeridge forms cross-wing to rear. Brick base; false timber framing with rendered infill; plain-tile roof with pyramidal-roof bell-cote. ("Ecclesiologist": 1856 p.458).
