House. Early C17. Timber-framed with angle braces, of 2 panels deep, on rendered plinth. Gabled and half-hipped old tile roof; left end stack of stone finished in brick. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. C20 door and casements. C18 two-light leaded casement to rear. Interior: large living room/kitchen to left has quartered and chamfered ogee-stopped beams, and spice-cupboard door adjoining open fireplace with chamfered bressumer and bread oven. Transverse beam to right originally had morticed partition dividing off service room to right. First floor has 3-bay queen-post roof with windbraces, still open to collar in 2 rooms to left.
