Farmhouse, now house. Mid C18, possibly with earlier origins. Coursed limestone rubble, brick quoins and dressings; gabled old tile roof; brick symmetrical end stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 5-window range. C20 porch and doors. Cambered gauged brick ground-floor arches, and flat brick arches with timber lintels above are over C20 two-light casements. Raised brick storey band: two C20 roof dormers. C20 porch to rear. Interior: room to right has timber-framed partition, chamfered ogee-stopped beam and chamfered roll-stopped bressumer with inscribed date 1649. Central C19 stairs, 5-bay collar-truss roof.
