GV II
Two early C18 cottages, now house, with bay to right added in late C19. Coursed limestone rubble, brick quoins to right; late C19 tile roof; brick stacks. 2-unit lobby entry plan extended one unit to right in late C19. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Concrete lintels over C20 door to right and blocked door to left. Timber lintels to left and concrete lintel to right C20 over three-light casements. Gabled roof; left gable and truncated late C19 right gable end stacks, and ridge stack. Interior: Left room originally divided in 2, has chamfered wood bressumer over fireplace and chamfered and stopped beam. Late C19 doors, straight flight stairs and roof structure. Included for group value.
