C18. Chequered brick. Hipped slate roof, overhangs on widely spaced modillions. Two square brick chimneys, original pots, One dormer to road. Three windows one each of three sides. Two storeys.
Eastern elevation - three windows, double hung sashes with glazing bars. Narrow cills. Band at first floor cills. Pedimented hood at doorway, on modern brick columns, wood panelled pilasters to door architrave. Small stone plinth.
