Farmhouse, now house. C17, extended early C18 and refronted early C19. Uncoursed
limestone rubble with early C19 front and side walls of Flemish bond brick with
flared headers; gabled and half-hipped stone slate roof; large stone ridge
stack. 2-unit plan, probably with lobby entry, extended to U-plan with rear
wings in early C18. 2 storeys. 3-window range front has timber lintels and keyed
segmental arches over early C19 eight-pane sashes. C20 door and porch in right
side wall. Stair-turret to rear has C17 two-light chamfered wood-mullioned
window to attic. Early C18 two-storey extensions to rear with brick segmental
arches: stone steps to granary to rear right with brick segmental arch over
3-light leaded casement. Interior not inspected but likely to be of interest.
