2. Early C19. Stuccoed. Slate hipped roof. Paired brackets to eaves soffit. Corner building with rounded corner. 3 storeys. Church Street elevation 2 windows, sashes with glazing bars, 1st floor right bay window with curved sides and cornice. Brook Street elevation 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars. Both sides ground floor Victorian public house front with paired pilasters, entablature with moulded cornice, elliptical headed windows with iron grilles or panels beneath. Panelled and glazed doors with rectangular fanlights, one on corner.
No 18 Brook Street together with No 32 (Albion Hotel) and No 34 Church Street form a group of which No 34 Church Street is of local interest only.
