1. HOLT HIGH STREET 5320 (south side) Nos 35 and 37 TG0738NE 4/66 21/7/75 (High Silver) (formerly listed as No 35 (High Silver) II GV
2. C18/19, possibly with earlier core. Flint with brick dressings and stucco faced NW and NE walls. At right angles to road. Elevation facing road: stuccoed, 2 storeys, 2 windows, sashes with glazing bars, this part has a low-pitched hipped pantile roof, the return wall facing north-east has a canted bay and porch. Behind is an adjoining 3 storey block with asymmetrical modern fenestration and a gable ended pantile roof. Adjoining small single-storey wing.
