House. Red brick with red pantiled roof. Main house of c1700 of 2 storeys and 7 bays. Garden front: ground and first floor 7 sashes with glazing bars, attic with 3 casement dormers with glazing bars under wooden moulded pediments. Ground floor plinth, first floor plat-band, Dutch gables and wooden eaves cornice. Stone end-quoins. One off-centre and 2 end stacks. Entrance front with hipped 2 storey staircase wing c1700 with c1830 door re-used. One tripartite late C18 sash with glazing bars ground floor to west. Outshut 2 storey addition to east, with earlier 'L'-plan C17 house of brick to west. Interior: ground floor room at west with panelling c1700 and black marble architrave fire surround framed by egg-and-dart moulding; panelled dining room with wooden surround with lugged corners and grey marble architrave. One more simply panelled room Three first floor partly panelled rooms, all c1700. Staircase of dog's leg type, with moulded risers and barley sugar balusters. First floor wooden arch with pilaster strips and central keystone.
