G.V. II

Farmhouse, formerly of lobby entrance type. Refaced and altered c18OO. Walls brick, roughcast. Roof black pantiles. Two storeys, and attics to house. Entrance front (S), 5 by ground floor, 4 bay first floor. Ground floor and first floor c19 plate glass windows. c1800 door with panelled reveals. Brick cornice, 3 gabled dormers, iron casements, glazing bars. Coped and parapetted end gables. Two gable end and one off-centre gault stacks. To E 2 storeys, 4 bay wing. N facade 4 bays, roughcart, gault pilasters. Three light C19 casements.

To W carriage entrance, gault brick piers, flint walls on 'S' curve, brick coping. Wall continues further to W to form similar entrance to farmyard. Certain standard details identify as former Holkham Estate farmhouse. (Formerly Church Farm, the present Church Farm is the former Rectory).
