(Formerly listed as Pair of cottages occupied by Mrs Cattermole and Mr Rudd approximately150 yards west of Culper Farmhouse)

C17 house divided into two. Timber-frame, rendered. Thatched roof with gabled ends. Brick chimney stack off centre and another external brick stack on west end. Two storeys and attic (attic windows in gable end). Three widely spaced windows. Modern two-light casements. Modern gabled porch on right in front of chimney stack. Plank door on left. Later single storey lean-to on east end.
