Working watermill over River Glaven, 1802. Brick with black glazed pantiles. Four storeys. Three gabled bays to east and west.
East facade: central door to ground and first floor, two blank windows to second floor. North and south facades of three wide bays having two sluice arches under the western bay. Three recessed panels to each facade containing windows with stone sills; cast iron glazing bars having tudor rose bosses to ground and first floor windows, the top third hinged from top; flush sashes with glazing bars to second and third floor windows.
West facade: wooden spouts between gables; wheel opening to ground floor, two blank windows to left and right of second floor, one blank window to centre of third floor.
Interior: water wheel and driving mechanisms restored to working order 1983; combined breast and undershot iron water wheel circa 2.5 metres wide with iron bucket paddle blades; two sets of stones.
