House. Mid C18. Flemish bond brick; black pantile roof. Irregular plan. 5 bays, 2 storeys. Brick plinth. Central doorcase with pilasters having fluted capitals; fluted frieze; dentils to cornice. C19 casement under rubbed and gauged brick arches on ground floor; segmental arches to upper floor. Moulded brick platband; corner pilasters. Paired wooden dentils to eaves cornice. 2 attic dormer casements with plain barge boards. Gable end stacks. Shaped gables. Right hand with platband between second and attic floors. 2 small attic windows. Courtyard formed by adjoining buildings. Left hand range has vertical bands of black headers; 2 doorways with semicircular fanlight over, one with radiating glazing bars, which cuts the decorative band of black bricks. This range continues with a taller, later building of 2 storeys with doorway and semi-circular fanlight over with radiating glazing bars; C20 casements to upper floor. To right of house a wall, then probably C18 barn but with eaves raised and C20 roof. C20 sliding door to courtyard. Fourth side of yard has low wall and gate only.
