- II
House. Late C18/early C19. Rendered brick and gault brick; glazed black pantiles and slate roofs. Irregular plan. Facade of 5 bays, 2 storeys. Central door with rendered brick porch; semi-circular arched entrance with pilasters and 3 orders to arch all with keystone. Double door to house, the lower panels blank, top glazed with glazing bars. Peacock tail fanlight. Sash windows with glazing bars, though the lower half of the ground floor windows are plate glass. Corner pilasters, deep blank cornice which continues down to porch framing window above which has flat hood on consoles. Plain parapet. 2 gault brick stacks to gable end with recessed panels. Flanking single storey, single bay wings to left and right, probably late C19 with sash windows with eared architraves, plain parapet, slate roof.
