TRUNCH MUNDESLEY ROAD TG 23 SE (north side) 3/103 Brick Kiln Farmhouse 16.4.55 - II

Farmhouse. C17, remodelled C18 and C19. Flint with brick dressings and pantiled roof. House in 2 builds. Principal elevation to west. 2 storeys. Left of centre a large basket arch enclosing panelled door framed by 2 C18 casements and rectangular overlight. To right of facade one C20 top hung casement. 2 first floor casements and one sash window, all C18 with glazing bars intact. Evidence of further blocked windows. At south end a stepped buttress. Bell-based gabled roof on moulded kneelers. Internal north gable end stack and partly external south stack carrying triple flues. To south 2 storey 2 bay extension now largely C19. Casement windows each floor and bell-based gabled roof. To east elevation of main house a C19 outshut under catslide roof. C20 door to right of this and stepped buttress at corner.
