1. 5321 FORNCETT CHURCH ROAD Forncett St Peter St Peter's Rectory TM 19 SE 8/5

II GV 2. Early C18 house. Colour-washed brick. Steep pantile roof with shaped gable ends. Two storeys and attics (attic windows in gabled ends). 1:3:1 bays, centre 3 bays flanked by brick rusticated pilasters. String course at floor level. Sashes with glazing bars in exposed cases. Good central doorway with brick rusticated pilasters and doorcase with reeded pilasters and entablatures, fielded panel reveals and fielded panel door. Fire insurance plaque over doorway. Two rear (north) wings one gabled the other with hipped roof. Attic window in west gable and rear wing windows are early C18 mullion/transom casements with leaded panes. Interior: ground floor room with fielded panelling, contemporary staircase, open well type with turned balusters and moulded rail ramped up to column newels.
