Details
TM 2397 SAXLINGHAM NETHERGATE CHURCH HILL (south side) 10/56 Adelaide House 20/4/59 (Formerly listed as GV Queen Adelaide Inn) II Former public house. Circa 1700. Rendered timber frame with one brick gable- end. 2 storeys and 3 bays of original 2-light mullion and transom windows with metal casements. Raised and fielded panelled door in westernmost bay with the top 2 lights of a previous window forming fanlight. Curvilinear east gable with stack. Later side lean-to with crow-stepped parapet.
