Former farmhouse. Probably C16 with an C18 addition. Rendered timber
frame to original house with brick side addition. Pantiled roofs. Original
house of one storey with attic. Brick addition 2-storeyed. Some C18 windows
with leaded lights and metal casements, some C20 metal windows also
with leaded lights. One 6-light window in brick wing beneath a 3-centred
arch with rubbed brick voussoirs. Modern panelled front door beneath skew-
back arch with cambered soffit. Original house with steeply pitched roof
and an added external gable-end stack. Brick wing also with added external
gable-end stack. Later extensions to side and rear.
