Farmhouse. C17 and C19. Colour-washed brick with black pantiled roofs. C17 main block with a probably later cross-wing to one side and a C19 pile to rear. Main block of 2 storeys with attic. Full-length C20 flat-roofed rectangular bay-window incorporating front door with one central 2-light and 2 3-light C19 mullion and transom windows above. East gable-end with 2 5-light and one 4-light (attic) C17 mullion and transom windows with moulded brick pediments. Original ovolo-moulded brick mullions survive in attic window. West gable-end stack. Cross-wing of 2 storeys, modern fenestration and a massive gable-end stack with 3 octagonal shafts. C19 rear pile with 2- and 3-light mullion and transom windows. 4-bay roof to main block with collars, butt-purlins and wind-bracing.
