G.V. II
House, earlier C19, with C18 wing at rear. Gault brick and colourwashed brick with black pantiled roofs. 'T' shaped plan of 2 storeys. Principal facade to road, C19, 3 windows. Porch c.1860 with double, raised and fielded, 3 panel doors with segmental fanlight. Door frame set in opening with double reveals. Moulded brick cornice and parapet. Outer windows set in shallow projecting bays. Sash windows with glazing bars, flat gauged brick arches and louvred shutters. Bracketed timber eaves and hipped roof. Rear gault brick stacks and pots. Bay window to east. Range at rear, double pile, with sections of flint and red brick wall. Mixture of late C19 sashes and casement windows.
