House, mainly C19 but possibly with earlier core. Rendered brick and red brick with pantiled roof. 'U'-shaped plan of 2 storeys and attics with later 2 storey wing to south. West facade a.b.a. Central bay with projecting wings, infilled with single storey hall of gault brick and conservatory with mullioned windows with semi-circular heads and trefoiled spandrels. Entrance through ½ glazed doors with semi-circular fanlight in ashlared stucco, pedimented door surround. Entrance inside conservatory with 4 panelled door with semi- circular fanlight and moulded gault brick door surround. 2 windows in each wing.Windows, sashes with glazing bars. Flat gauged brick arches under stucco with key blocks to right. Central bay at first floor has window with margin lights flanked by 2 blank windows. Moulded brick cornice. Open work parapet eaves. Central dormer with semi-circular headed window, with moulded archi- trave, key block and glazing bars. Hipped roof. Early C20 wing not of special interest.
