(Formerly listed as Barn at Beach Farm)

Barn. C17, altered C18. Brick with thatched roof. Brick laid in Flemish bond throughout. West side has full height double timber doors right of centre. Walling to right of this has C18 outer brick skin, as has south gable. To left of doors are three irregularly placed stepped brick buttresses, and between each are two looped ventilation slits. Gabled roof. North gable has tumbling in head and three looped slit ventilation lights. C18 roof structure of tie beams, principals, two tier staggered butt purlins and collars. Beech Farmhouse is not listed.
