Farmhouse. Early C18 with early C19 facade. Brick with roof of black glazed pantiles. Cross wing extending west from north end is slated. Main C19 facade of 2 storeys in 3 bays. Central panelled door within panelled reveals under plain rounded overlight, really a fanlight without glazing bars. Doorcase of fluted engaged columns supporting block entablature and dentiled open pediment. Windows are sashes with glazing bars and gauged skewback arches. Timber eaves cornice to front only. Hipped roof with 2 symmetrically placed stacks on rear slope. C18 cross wing of 2 storeys. West gable is shaped. 2 renewed sashes to gable end. 2 storey outshut extends to north under catslide roof. South side of cross wing constructed in header bond only. 3 bays. 2 sash windows to ground floor and 3 to first floor, all with glazing bars and segmental arches.
