FLEGGBURGH RUGGS LANE TG 41 SE (east side) Burgh St. Margaret 7/15 Common Farmhouse 30.4.81 (formerly listed as Common Farm Farmhouse)

G.V. II

Farmhouse. Mid C18. Brick and thatched. West front of one storey and dormer attic. Central door with moulded surround now with C20 greenhouse abutting. One horned tripartite sash to right and a smaller, similar, sash to left. Gabled roof with 2 gabled dormers, both fitted with casements. Ridge stack right of centre. Rear has outshut to left under thatched catslide roof. 2 casements and a door to right, one of the windows being of C18 date. One gabled dormer over outshut. Further stack to north gable end (internal).
