TM 29 SE WOODTON NORWICH ROAD (east side) 4/80 Old Rectory - II
House. C17 and C19. Colour-washed. Brick and timber frame. Hipped slate and tile roofs. C19 3-cell range with C17 2-cell range to rear. South facade of 3 bays, 2 storeys. Central doorcase with fluted pilasters; plain cornice. 6-panel door with overlight. C20 glazed conservatory to left of door. C19 bay window with sashes to right. 12 pane sash over door with a sash window to left and right having one vertical glazing bar. Range to rear of 2 storeys. Ground floor of brick with C19 3-light casement with glazing barns. Timber porch to plank door. Canted bay window with small light to right. Plastered first floor with 3 2-light casements with glazing bars. C19 attic casement. Axial stack. North gable wall of brick. Interior. Chamfered transverse beam and joists on C17 range. C17 brick to fireplace. Dado with egg and dart moulding to rail.
