TG 2006 S EATON STREET, EATON (north-west side) 36/297 26.2.54 No.25 (St. Margaret's) - II House. Mid C18. Painted brick; hipped pantile roof; 2 red brick chimneys. 2 storeys and attic; 3 first-floor windows, symmetrical. Door has 6 raised and fielded panels; plain overlight; and panelled reveals flanked by rusticated pilasters with keyed lintel under pediment. Windows have sashes with glazing bars under flat gauged brick arches. Central first-floor window has flattened segmental head in Gibbs surround. Bracket cornice. Slightly cambered dormer has C20 casements.
