TG 2208 SE CHAPELFIELD NORTH (north side) 22/140 5.6.72 No. 3. GV II House. Early C19. Painted brick and black pantiles. 2 storeys. 3 first-floor windows. Central door with simple reeded surround and rectangular fanlight with 'Adam' glazing bars. Sash windows with glazing bars and segmental arches. French window at first floor right with iron-work balcony. Roof hipped at left-hand side.
