Farmhouse, with C17 rear range, extended to south in early C18 and to south west in C19. Red brick, colourwashed brick and pantiles. North south range of 3 windows, with northern single storey lean to, with taller southern range in 2, 1½ storey east wings, 2 storeys and attics, with parallel range to west of 2 storeys forming double gabled south facade. Each gable of 2 windows. C19 cross windows with timber casements. Sash window in right hand gable with semi-circular head. 6 panel entrance door in east wing south wall with fanlight and timber doorcase with architrave and shallow cornice. Rear range has two C20 gabled brick porches, and 3 light casement windows with segemental brick arches. 2 wedge dormers in roof with segmental heads, and 2 light windows with wrought iron casements and leaded lights. Parapet north gable with brick kneelers and end stack. Axial stack in south wing. End stack in north west wing. Flint plinth to north gable visible in north lean-to. Open brick fireplace with timber bressumer and ovolo moulded beams in kitchen. C17 tie beams with evidence for possible former timber frame. Wind braced butt purlin roofs.
