TG 2309 SW ST. MARTIN-AT-PALACE PLAIN (north-west side) 11/810 No. 10 17.8.70 GV II Former house now shop. Late C18. Rendered with pantile roof. Corner site. 3 storeys. 2 bays. Door to right-side with rectangular fanlight and pilasters supporting small hood. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and plain surrounds: side lights at ground floor. Dentil-block cornice. 2-storey oriel window on side with tall lights removed from Calthorpe House.
