RUSHTON PIPEWELL The Lodge

(Formerly listed as Lodge to Pipewell Hall)

II Lodge. Mid C19. Limestone ashlar with fishscale tile roof and brick ridge stack with diagonally set shafts. One storey. L-plan. Projecting gable to left has has parapet on decorative kneelers and 2-light chamfered mullioned projecting window with decorative lattice glazing. To right, 4-panel (upper 2 glazed) Tudor-headed door in moulded stone architrave flanked by lancet windows with decorative leading. Right return has bay window. Left return has similar gable with 2-light pointed-arched window with Decorated style tracery.
