NZ 4112 NE YARM HIGH STREET (west side) 37/622 Warehouse to rear of No 19

GV II

Long C18 building of mixed local brick with stepped and dentilled eaves cornice, stone kneelers to gables of pantiled roof. Two storeys, four windows, irregular. Barred openings, segmental relieving arches, ground floor shutters. The position cf this warehouse and the close similarity between Nos 17 and 19 suggest that two members of a family firm may have lived in the houses, jointly using the warehouse.
