GV II

Late C18 house now has two units. Local mottled brick. Fairly low pitched Welsh slate roof with stone gable coping and kneelers, end chimneys. Three storeys, two windows, sashes with glazing bars, stuccoed lintels and stone cills and wood architraves. No 37 has garage doors below and a half glazed house door with oblong fanlight. No 39 has a square bay shop front sharing a cornice broken back with a similar door.
