COMBE THE PASSAGE SP4115 (East side) 17/78 St. Margarets GV II House. Mid C18. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled C20 tile roof; C20 brick end stacks. 2-unit plan. 2 storeys; 2-window range. Timber lintels, stop-chamfered on ground floor, over C20 windows. Chamfered timber lintel over central plank door, carved brackets support C18 pediment hood. Interior: remodelled in 1960s. Included for group value.
