WITNEY CHURCH GREEN SP3509S (South side) 11/54 Group of 2 chest tombs approx. 8m. NE of chancel of Church of St. Mary GV II

Two chest tombs. Early C19. Limestone. Tomb to south, with fielded panels and moulded plinth, cornice and top, commemorates George Cooper, d.1811, and wife Ann, d.1827. Tomb to north, plain with splayed top, commemorates Patrick William Moulder, d.1838.
