Hotel. Early C19. Limestone rubble: stucco front with raised quoin strips:
gabled stone slate roof: brick rear lateral stack. L-plan with rear left range.
2 storeys and attic; symmetrical 3-window range. Wrought-iron balcony rail above
C20 door with overlight and flanking canted bay windows with sashes: first-floor
6-pane sashes: C20 gabled roof dormer. Similar block of 2-storey, 3-window range
to right has carriage entry and 6-pane sashes. Rear ranges of similar materials:
2-storey service range extended c.1830 by 2-storey, 3-window, range with flat
stone arches over C20 door and casements. Interior: Cl9 features including
dog-leg stairs, with stick balusters, to rear,
