CHARLBURY CHURCH STREET SP3519 5/33 (North Side) 27/8/56 The Manor House GV II

House. C18 with C19 alterations. Coursed squared rubble; timber lintels, stone slate roof; one chimney finished in brick. 2 storeys and attic; 3- window range of sashes with glazing bars, symmetrical. Plank door with overlight under a small hood on consoles. 2 rough-cast dormers with C20 casements. 2 end-chimneys. Right side elevation has two C18 mullioned and transomed windows with iron-framed casements and leaded lights. Rear gable and single-storey gabled wing with attached outbuilding extension which has horizontal sliding sashes under a semi-circular overlight. Interior not inspected.
