BURFORD AND UPTON CHURCH LANE AND SIGNET SP2512 (Enlargement) Bale-tomb about 9m 7/11 South-West of Porch of Church of St John.
GV II
Bale tomb. Late C17 (see date in East end panel). Illegible names. Ashlar; moulded plinth and cornice, fluted bale, and scallops, skull carved in scallop at East end. East end panel has enriched architrave; panelled sides and west end with ogee moulding.
