Former house, now pair of cottages. Dated AD 1694 on stone by door, extended C18
and C20. Coursed rubble limestone, stone slate roof, flanking rubble stone
chimneys, the right chimney with shaft rebuilt in brick C19. 2 storeys and
attic, 4-bay fenestration. 2-light wooden casements with horizontal glazing
bars, all renewed C20, with old wooden lintels. Right bays have altered ground
floor, with C20 3-light metal casement and blocked doorway. 2 small gabled roof
dormers with 2-light wooden casements. Central C20 board door with gabled wooden
hood. To left is a lower C18 bay with single-storey gabled extension projecting
to front. Small C20 extension set back to right. Rear of original block has
outshot with off-centre gable.
