GV II
Set of 4 piers with linking railings and dwarf walls. Early C19. Piers are of
limestone ashlar and have unmoulded abaci and acorn finials. Slender wrought
iron railings between have small spearhead finials and rubble stone dwarf walls.
Centre piers are linked by stone lintel over C20 board gate. Attached wall
between garden of Prospect House (q.v.) and New Road is also of coursed rubble
limestone with stone coping of very slight monopitch.
